Pages Per Sheet

Fit two or four pages onto every sheet — handouts, drafts, and anything you would rather not print one page at a time.

Use Pages Per Sheet (interactive) — JavaScript required for uploads.

How to use this tool

  1. Add your PDF
  2. Choose 2 or 4 pages per sheet
  3. Run the tool and download

Layouts

2-up places pages side by side on a landscape sheet. 4-up arranges them in a two-by-two grid, keeping the original orientation.

How it works

Runs entirely in your browser — your file is never uploaded. Pages are embedded and scaled to fit each slot, so text stays sharp rather than being rasterized.

Frequently asked questions

Is it free?

Yes, completely free and with no account.

Will the text be too small?

2-up is comfortable for most documents. 4-up roughly halves the linear size, so check a page before printing a long file.

Is this the same as booklet printing?

No. This is simple N-up; it does not reorder pages for folding.

Runs in your browser

This tool works entirely on this page. Your file is opened by JavaScript here, changed in memory, and handed straight back to you — it is never uploaded. Open your browser's Network tab while you use it and you will see nothing leave your device.

Because there is no server doing the work, there is no signup, no watermark, no file size limit, and no daily cap. Nothing is stored, because nothing is received.
