What happens to your files

Nothing leaves your device. When you merge, split, rotate, compress, watermark, or convert a PDF here, the file is opened by JavaScript running on the page, changed in your browser's memory, and handed back to you as a download. There is no upload, no server processing, and no copy of your document anywhere but your own machine.

You do not have to take our word for it. Open your browser's developer tools, switch to the Network tab, and use any tool: you will see this page and its scripts load, and nothing else. You can also disconnect from the internet once the page has loaded — the tools keep working.

This is not a promise about how carefully we handle your data. It is a statement that we never receive it, which is a stronger guarantee and one you can verify yourself.

What we collect

There are no accounts, no sign-in, no email addresses, and no payment details, because there is nothing to pay for.

We use Google Analytics to count page views and see which tools people visit. That records the usual web analytics data — approximate location, browser, referring page — and sets cookies. It never sees your documents, their names, or their contents, because those never leave your browser. If you block analytics, every tool still works.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs of requests for the page and its files.

What we do not do

• We do not receive, store, read, or transmit your documents.
• We do not train anything on your files.
• We do not sell data, and there is no document data to sell.
• We do not require or accept an account.

Your rights

We hold no personal data tied to you beyond anonymous analytics, so there is nothing to export or erase on request. To object to analytics, block it in your browser or use any content blocker. For anything else, email support@pdfbrew.coffee.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
